Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gundam Extra account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and protective plastic are still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
